Working for yourself can be great… but it can also be hard.
Some days I’ll sit at my desk for hours, completely in the zone.
Other days, I’ll catch myself overthinking, second-guessing, or just feeling a bit stuck.
That’s when I’ve learned the best thing I can do is step away.
A walk, a coffee out, a change of scenery, it all helps reset my head and come back with more energy (and better ideas).
